Ingredients
3 cups frozen mango chunks
1 cup heavy cream or full-fat coconut milk
Instructions
1. Add frozen mango chunks to a high-speed blender.
2. Pour in heavy cream or coconut milk.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down sides if needed.
4. Serve immediately for soft-serve or freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.
Notes
Use very ripe mangoes for best sweetness.
To make it vegan, use coconut cream.
Optional: add a splash of lime juice or a pinch of salt.
