Description
This moist, soft, and naturally sweet 3 ingredient apple cake comes together in under an hour using just apples, flour, and condensed milk—no eggs, butter, or oil required.
Ingredients
3 cups diced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
1 cup self-rising flour
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine diced apples, sweetened condensed milk, and self-rising flour.
3. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
4. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
5. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Cool for 20 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
Use firmer apples to avoid excess moisture.
Store at room temperature for 2 days or refrigerate up to 5.
Freeze slices individually for a quick future treat.
