Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line a muffin tin.
2. Mash banana in a large bowl.
3. Add protein powder, egg, and oats. Mix until combined.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Spoon into 6 muffin cups.
6. Bake 15–18 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
Notes
Use vanilla or chocolate protein powder for best results.
Swap banana with applesauce if needed.
Mini chips melt more evenly than full-size.
