Description

A creamy, cheesy, and smoky sandwich made with just 5 ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 block (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
  3. Place cubes of the softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  5. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped cooked bacon until everything is melted and combined.
  7. Serve the creamy, cheesy, and smoky Crack Chicken mixture on buns or rolls, and enjoy!
