- 2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 block (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
- Place cubes of the softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped cooked bacon until everything is melted and combined.
- Serve the creamy, cheesy, and smoky Crack Chicken mixture on buns or rolls, and enjoy!
