Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup peanut or almond butter
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or mix-ins
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mash banana in a bowl.
3. Mix in nut butter and maple syrup.
4. Add protein powder and combine until smooth.
5. Fold in chocolate chips and portion into muffin tin.
6. Bake for 15–18 minutes.
