Description

These 5 ingredient protein muffins are the ultimate quick snack—moist, protein-rich, naturally sweet, and freezer-friendly. Perfect for post-workout or breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup peanut or almond butter
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 12 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or mix-ins

Instructions
