Ingredients
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
1. Wash & halve the potatoes.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the halved potatoes in the mixture until evenly coated.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
4. Arrange the seasoned potato halves in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
6. Check for doneness after 15 minutes and cook longer if needed.
7. Serve hot.

Soaking the halved potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking can enhance crispiness.
