  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 8 slices crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup white queso cheese dip
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté the chicken until it’s heated through and the seasonings have melded together, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chopped bacon and white queso cheese dip, allowing the cheese to melt and create a creamy mixture.
  4. Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  5. Spoon the bacon-chicken-queso mixture onto the center of each tortilla, then top with the shredded pepper jack cheese, diced jalapeños, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  7. Heat a panini press or skillet over medium heat.
  8. Place the assembled wraps in the hot pan or press and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is nicely charred and the cheese is melted.
