Description

Bacon Green Bean Potato Casserole is a comforting blend of tender potatoes, crispy bacon, fresh green beans, and melted cheddar cheese.

  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 14.5 ounce drained green beans
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, diced
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. On the stovetop, bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil. Add the diced red potatoes and cook until just tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain the potatoes and set them aside.
