Description

Bacon Jalapeño Cream Cheese Balls are a mouthwatering appetizer bursting with savory flavors and a delightful creamy texture, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked thick-cut bacon, chopped
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cooked bacon, chopped jalapeños, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Scoop about 2 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball, approximately 1 inch in diameter. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Gently roll each ball in the panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  5. Place the breaded balls in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
