- 1 cup cooked thick-cut bacon, chopped
- 2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cooked bacon, chopped jalapeños, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well incorporated.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball, approximately 1 inch in diameter. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Gently roll each ball in the panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Place the breaded balls in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
