Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 ounce bacon

Instructions
1. Cook Bacon: In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove, chop, and set aside.
2. Sauté Mushrooms: In the same skillet, add oil and sauté the mushrooms until golden brown. Season with a little salt and pepper.
3. Prepare Chicken: Cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Season the chicken inside and out with salt and pepper.
4. Stuff Chicken: Fill each chicken breast with the sautéed mushrooms, chopped bacon, and grated cheese. Secure with toothpicks if needed.

Notes
