1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Meatloaf Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.

Add Cheese & Bacon: Fold in the shredded Swiss cheese and crumbled bacon.

Form Meatloaf: Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan. Press the mixture firmly to shape the loaf.

Prepare Topping: In a small bowl, mix ketchup and brown sugar. Spread the topping evenly over the meatloaf.

Bake: Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
