Description
Bacon Tortellini Alfredo is a dish that blends the richness of Alfredo sauce, the smokiness of crispy bacon, and the softness of cheese-filled tortellini. Perfect for a cozy night in or impressing guests.
Ingredients
- 20 ounce refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the tortellini in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions (5-7 minutes). Drain and set aside.

3. Melt the butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until golden.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually stir in the Parmesan cheese, whisking until smooth.
5. Add the cooked tortellini and crumbled bacon to the sauce, tossing gently to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
Notes
For a richer experience, add 2 tablespoon of cream cheese to the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley for added flavor.
