- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (optional)
- 2 cup jasmine rice, cooked
- Toppings: shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, edamame, avocado, shredded cabbage, green onions, sesame seeds
Instructions
- Prepare the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground turkey and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks until browned and cooked through.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in the soy sauce, sriracha, honey, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. If the sauce is too thick, add chicken broth to loosen it.
- Allow the mixture to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes to meld the flavors.
- To assemble the bowls, divide the cooked jasmine rice among serving bowls.
- Top each bowl with a generous portion of the seasoned ground turkey.
- Add your favorite toppings such as shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, edamame, avocado, shredded cabbage, green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Drizzle the homemade Bang Bang sauce over the top and garnish with additional sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
