Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

2. Add the diced onion, sliced bell peppers, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender and fragrant.

3. Stir in the uncooked jasmine rice, followed by the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and paprika.

4. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 18-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

5. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and top with freshly chopped green onions.
