Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, shredded mozzarella cheese, milk, bourbon, barbecue sauce, eggs, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
