  • 2 pound pork tenderloin
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine the bourbon, brown sugar, and BBQ sauce. Add the pork tenderloins and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
