Ingredients
- Spiral pasta (cavatappi or rotini)
- Andouille sausage or kielbasa
- Heavy cream

- Minced garlic
- Cajun seasoning

Instructions
1. Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
