Ingredients
Tortilla chips – thick cut for layering
Fontina cheese – shredded
Brie – sliced or torn into chunks
Mozzarella – for melt and stretch
Prosciutto – torn or folded
Salami or soppressata – thinly sliced
Pickled red onions – for tang
Fig jam or hot honey – for sweetness
Fresh thyme or arugula – for garnish
Optional: olives, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Spread a layer of tortilla chips evenly on the sheet.
3. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and fontina over the chips.
4. Add prosciutto, salami, and pickled onions across the surface.
5. Drizzle small spoonfuls of fig jam or hot honey throughout.
6. Top with the remaining cheese, then bake for 8–10 minutes until melted and bubbly.
7. Remove from oven, then top with brie, herbs, and any extra toppings.
8. Serve immediately on a platter or wooden board.
Notes
