  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, milk, ketchup, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, and smoked paprika. Gently mix the ingredients until they are just combined.

3. 3. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape it into an even, compact loaf.

4. 4. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 55-65 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
