- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan

- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Cook penne pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Stir in cooked penne pasta and toss everything together.
- 5. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Stir until fully melted and creamy.
- 6. Serve hot, topped with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
You can substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken for a leaner version.
To add a kick, sprinkle in red pepper flakes during the garlic sauté step.
