Description

Get ready to elevate your snacking game with these irresistible Cheesy Pepperoni Roll-Ups! This mouthwatering creation combines the savory goodness of pepperoni and melted mozzarella, all wrapped up in a flaky crescent dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 32 slices of pepperoni
  • 4 mozzarella string cheese sticks (cut in half)
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles.

3. Place 4 pepperoni slices and 1 half of a mozzarella cheese stick on each triangle, positioning them towards the wide end of the dough.

4. Starting from the wide end, tightly roll each triangle up towards the pointed end.

5. Arrange the roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between each one.

6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

7. Gently brush this seasoned butter over the top of the roll-ups.

8. Pop the baking sheet into the preheated oven and let the Cheesy Pepperoni Roll-Ups bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

Serve these warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. The rich, savory flavors pair perfectly with the tangy tomato sauce.

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
