Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 2 pound baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: sour cream for serving
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. Lightly grease a large baking dish or line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
3. In a large bowl, toss together halved or quartered potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
4. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with sour cream if desired.
