Cheesy Stuffed Meatloaf Bites are a delightful twist on a classic comfort food. With their savory meatloaf exterior and gooey, melted cheese center, these bite-sized morsels are sure to become a new family favorite.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese, cubed
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard. Mix until well incorporated.
3. Take a small handful of the meatloaf mixture and flatten it into a disc. Place a cube of cheese in the center, then shape the meat around the cheese to form a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture and cheese.
4. Arrange the meatloaf bites on the baking sheet, spaced apart. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and cheese is melted.
Notes
Drizzle with ketchup and mustard before serving. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for garnish.
