  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and lay flat on a parchment-lined surface.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until well incorporated.

4. Spread a few spoonfuls of the chicken-cheese filling onto each cooked lasagna noodle, then roll up tightly.

5. Spread 1 cup of Alfredo sauce evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Arrange the filled lasagna noodles seam-side down. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Serve warm with extra Alfredo sauce if desired.

Notes

Leftover Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. To reheat, cover with foil and bake at 350°F until heated through, about 20-25 minutes.
