Instructions

5. Add Broth & Simmer: Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18–20 minutes, until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.

6. Return Chicken & Add Peas: Stir in the cooked chicken and frozen peas (if using). Cover and cook 2–3 more minutes until the peas are heated through.

7. Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley or green onions and serve hot.
