- 19 ounce frozen cheese tortellini
- 2 cup cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet or oven until crispy. Drain on paper towels, let cool, then crumble and set aside.
- In the prepared baking dish, combine the frozen tortellini, cubed cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, chicken broth, dried parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in half of the crumbled bacon and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese into the mixture.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, until the tortellini is tender and the sauce is bubbly.
- Remove the foil and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and remaining bacon over the top. Return to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Let the Chicken Bacon Alfredo Tortellini Bake rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
