Description

Chicken Bacon Ranch Chopped Salad is a delightful and nutritious dish that combines the refreshing crunch of a chopped salad with the irresistible flavors of chicken, bacon, and ranch.


Ingredients

  • 4 cup romaine lettuce
  • 2 cup diced English cucumber
  • 1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pound grilled chicken breasts, chopped
  • 6 ounce crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

Grill or bake the chicken breasts until cooked through and lightly charred, then chop into bite-sized pieces.

Wash and roughly chop the romaine lettuce, then dice the cucumber and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
