Ingredients
- 4 cup romaine lettuce
- 2 cup diced English cucumber
- 1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
- 1 pound grilled chicken breasts, chopped
- 6 ounce crispy bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
Grill or bake the chicken breasts until cooked through and lightly charred, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
Wash and roughly chop the romaine lettuce, then dice the cucumber and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Slice the green onions and roughly chop the parsley. Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
