Delicious Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli: A Flavor-Packed Delight
Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 cup shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. Roll the pizza dough into a rectangular shape, about 1/4-inch thick.
3. Spread the ranch dressing over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
4. Layer the shredded chicken, bacon bits, and shredded mozzarella cheese over the ranch dressing.
5. Carefully roll the dough into a log shape, sealing the edges tightly.
6. In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush it over the outside of the rolled stromboli.
7. Place the stromboli on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
8. Allow the stromboli to rest for a few minutes after baking, then slice and serve while warm.
