Ingredients
- 1 box of Rice-a-Roni (chicken flavor)
- 2 cups of cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs
Instructions
1. Prepare the Rice-a-Roni according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Stir until well combined.
3. Fold in the cooked Rice-a-Roni and shredded cheddar cheese.
4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
6. Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
