  • 1/2 tsp salt

Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 6 tbsp cream cheese

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 12 tsp cinnamon powder for dusting


Instructions

  1. Make the Graham Cracker Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir in melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes, then let cool.

  2. Prepare the Cinnamon Roll Swirl: In a bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter. Set aside.

  3. Make the Cheesecake Batter: Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.

  4. Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour half of the cheesecake batter into the prepared crust. Swirl in half of the cinnamon roll mixture. Repeat with the remaining batter and cinnamon swirl. Use a knife to gently swirl the mixtures together.
