Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Stir until well combined and smooth.
3. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
6. In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
7. Spread the blondie batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the top of the blondie batter. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8. Allow the blondies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares and serving.
