Description
Corn Dip is a creamy, cheesy dip loaded with sweet corn, melted cheeses, and savory spices, perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 cup sweet corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and well blended.
2. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Fold in the sweet corn, green onions, red bell pepper, jalapeño, and cilantro (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
4. For a cold dip, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. For a hot dip, transfer to a baking dish and bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
Corn Dip is best served with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggie sticks. Garnish with extra chopped green onions or a sprinkle of paprika for added flavor.
