Ingredients
- 2 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoon chili seasoning
- 2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes
- 2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain any excess grease.
2. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
3. In your slow cooker, combine the cooked beef, sautéed onion, elbow macaroni, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and chili seasoning.
4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, until the pasta is tender.
5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it’s melted and the dish is creamy and delicious.
Notes
