- 8 small flour tortillas

Instructions
- In a bowl, simply stir together the chopped shrimp, crab meat, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, queso dip, cilantro, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until well combined.
- Briefly warm the tortillas so they’re soft and easy to roll without cracking.
