Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken (or deli meat)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 45 large flour tortillas

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked chicken, green onions, diced bell peppers (if using), garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.

2. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, ensuring it reaches all the way to the edges.

3. Tightly roll up each tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate the wrapped tortillas for at least 1 hour.
