Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

1 tbsp olive oil

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp salt

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup sour cream

1 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp flour

2 tbsp butter

Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Sauté Onion & Garlic: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add diced onion and garlic. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Make Sauce: Sprinkle flour over the onions and garlic. Stir well and cook for 1 minute. Slowly add chicken broth, stirring to prevent lumps. Bring to a simmer.

Add Cream: Stir in sour cream, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard. Let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes until it thickens.

Combine Chicken & Sauce: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, stirring to coat. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

Serve: Serve the creamy chicken stroganoff over cooked egg noodles and garnish with chopped parsley.
