Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
 - 1/4 cup minced garlic
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley
 
Instructions
1. Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute, being careful not to let the garlic brown.
3. Gradually pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, then reduce the heat to low.
4. Slowly whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts seamlessly.
5. Stir in the Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Allow the sauce to simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly. Remove from heat and serve immediately over cooked ravioli. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.

Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop over low heat, adding a splash of cream or milk if it thickens too much.
