Creamy Parmesan Garlic Beef Bowtie Pasta is a dish that checks all the boxes for a comforting, flavor-packed, and satisfying meal. With its rich and creamy sauce, tender ground beef, and perfectly cooked bowtie pasta, this recipe is sure to become a new family favorite.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 teaspoon olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 3 cup beef broth
- 8 ounce bowtie pasta
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until it’s beautifully browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Once the beef is cooked through, remove it from the skillet and set it aside.
2. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and finely chopped onion, and sauté them until they become fragrant and translucent.
3. To the aromatic garlic and onion mixture, stir in the Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
4. Pour in the beef broth and bring it to a boil. Add the uncooked bowtie pasta and let it simmer, uncovered, until the pasta is tender, about 12-15 minutes.
5. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cooked ground beef, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and half and half. Mix everything together until the cheese has melted and the sauce has become wonderfully creamy.
6. Taste the dish and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper to enhance the flavors. If you want to add a little kick, sprinkle in some red pepper flakes.
7. To finish off this Creamy Parmesan Garlic Beef Bowtie Pasta, sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley over the top for a pop of color and freshness. Serve the pasta hot.
Notes
Leftover Creamy Parmesan Garlic Beef Bowtie Pasta can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When you’re ready to enjoy it again, simply reheat it on the stovetop over low heat, adding a splash of milk or cream if the sauce has thickened too much.
