Ingredients

- 4 cup chicken stock
- 9 ounce three-cheese tortellini
- 2 cup kale, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add Italian sausage and cook until browned and cooked through.
2. Add minced garlic and diced onion to the pot. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
3. Pour in chicken stock and bring to a simmer.
4. Add three-cheese tortellini and cook according to package instructions. In the final minutes, stir in chopped kale until wilted.
5. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream until well combined.
Notes
