Description
Crispy Bacon Burger Fries Supreme is a culinary masterpiece that combines the best of both worlds – the juicy, savory flavors of a burger and the irresistible crunch of loaded fries.
Ingredients
- 2 pound russet potatoes
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bacon crumbles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy.
2. While the fries are baking, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper and drain excess fat.
3. Layer the cooked beef over the crispy fries, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
4. Top with bacon crumbles and drizzle with ketchup and ranch dressing. Serve hot.
Notes
Consider serving with a refreshing salad or onion rings. A cold beer or milkshake pairs well with this dish.
