Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.

3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the beef mixture, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and sliced pickles onto each one. Roll the tortillas into tight wrap bombs.

4. Place the assembled wrap bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

5. Slice in half and serve warm, optionally drizzling extra ranch dressing over the top.

Notes

These wrap bombs can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking. For longer-term storage, freeze the unbaked wraps for up to 3 months. Bake frozen wraps directly from the freezer, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
