Description

Crispy Baked Parmesan Pork Chops: A Delectable Dinner Delight. If you’re craving a mouthwatering, restaurant-quality dish that’s easy to make at home, look no further than these Crispy Baked Parmesan Pork Chops. With a irresistible golden-brown crust and a juicy, tender interior, this recipe is sure to become a new family favorite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss in the minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until it’s well blended.
  3. In another shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and Dijon mustard. This egg wash will help the breadcrumb mixture adhere to the pork chops.
  4. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season each one generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Dip each chop in the egg mixture, making sure it’s fully coated, then press it firmly into the breadcrumb mixture, covering all sides.
  5. Arrange the coated pork chops on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they aren’t touching. Lightly spray the tops of the chops with olive oil or drizzle a bit of oil over them.
  6. Bake the pork chops for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F and the coating is golden brown and crispy. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For an extra touch of flavor, you can also top the pork chops with a drizzle of honey mustard sauce or a dollop of tangy, creamy ranch dressing.
