Description

Crispy BBQ Chicken Bacon Loaded Cheese Crust Bombs are a mouthwatering combination of tender shredded chicken, smoky bacon, melted cheese, and tangy BBQ sauce, all encased in a crispy, golden-brown pizza dough or crescent roll crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pound cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

Instructions

1. Start by cooking and shredding the chicken.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce, shredded cheese, and crumbled bacon. Stir until well combined.

3. Preheat your oven to 375°F. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough or crescent roll dough and cut it into squares, approximately 4 inches by 4 inches.

4. Place a generous spoonful of the BBQ chicken mixture in the center of each dough square. Leave enough room around the edges to seal the dough.

5. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching and sealing them tightly.

6. Arrange the filled and sealed dough bombs on a greased baking sheet, spaced apart.

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For an extra creamy twist, drizzle with ranch dressing. Serve alongside a fresh green salad or crispy French fries.
