  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. 2. Bake Tater Tots: Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until they’re golden and crispy.

3. 3. Cook Chicken: While the tots are baking, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook them in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side, or until they’re cooked through. Shred the chicken and toss it with the buffalo sauce.

4. 4. Combine Ingredients: Once the tater tots are done, remove them from the oven and top them with the shredded buffalo chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
