Ingredients
- 1 can (14 ounce) artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts, then pat them dry with paper towels.
3. In a bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
4. Toss the artichoke hearts in the olive oil until evenly coated.

6. Arrange the coated artichoke hearts on the prepared baking sheet.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
