Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cut the cauliflower into evenly sized florets.
3. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until well-coated.
4. Add the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan (if using), smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
5. Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
6. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden-brown and crispy.
Notes
For a vegan version, omit the Parmesan cheese.
