Ingredients
- 1 head of fresh cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cut the cauliflower into evenly sized florets.
3. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil.
4. Add the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, and toss until evenly coated.
5. Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden-brown and crispy.
Notes
For a vegan version, omit the Parmesan cheese.
For gluten-free, substitute regular panko with gluten-free alternatives.
