Ingredients
Scale
- 2 packages (14 ounce each) cocktail smokies
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
Instructions
- Place the cocktail sausages in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, chili sauce, and jam until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the sausages and stir to coat. Cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours or on HIGH for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring once halfway through.
- Keep the Crock-Pot on WARM for serving, and add toothpicks for easy snacking.
Notes
For the best texture, use cocktail smokies or mini sausages.
If the sauce becomes too thick during cooking, you can add a splash of broth or water to thin it out.
Adjust the cooking time based on the size of your slow cooker and the amount of sausages you’re using.
To reheat leftovers, simply place them back in the Crock-Pot on WARM until heated through.
