Ingredients
- 2 pound russet potatoes
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (10.5 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat and set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Whisk until smooth.
3. Spray the inside of your Crock-Pot with non-stick cooking spray. Layer half of the sliced potatoes, half of the ground beef mixture, half of the soup mixture, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Repeat the layers and finish with remaining cheese on top.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender and casserole is bubbling.
5. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
