Description

Crock-Pot Hamburger Potato Casserole is a hearty, satisfying dish that’s perfect for busy families. This classic comfort food combines tender potatoes, seasoned ground beef, and a creamy, cheesy sauce – all cooked to perfection in your trusty Crock-Pot.


Ingredients

  • 2 pound russet potatoes
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (10.5 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat and set aside.

2. In a separate bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Whisk until smooth.

3. Spray the inside of your Crock-Pot with non-stick cooking spray. Layer half of the sliced potatoes, half of the ground beef mixture, half of the soup mixture, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Repeat the layers and finish with remaining cheese on top.

4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender and casserole is bubbling.

5. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
