Description

  • 2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Pour the broth over the chicken and sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly on top. Add the cubed cream cheese over the chicken.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is very tender.
