- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth

- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Pour the broth over the chicken and sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly on top. Add the cubed cream cheese over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is very tender.
- Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks.

- Stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese and most of the crumbled bacon. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon, then cover for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
