Ingredients

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
